We always wanted to live in the Churchfields area of South Woodford. We were attracted to the house for its character so as soon as we saw it we knew it was the right one for us.We have made many changes to the property and have tried to be sensitive to the character of the property when decorating. You get a nice community feel down this road and we have enjoyed living in South Woodford.We call it a little London Village. There are many green areas to take the children and the station is only 10-15 walk away.
