There is also a secure entry system for those living alone so safety isn’t an issue. There is also double glazing throughout the property and a private balcony that overlooks the communal gardens. This is a great flat and ready for someone to put their own stamp on. Come and take a look, you won’t be disappointed!

I have owned this property for the last five years. Initially it was a place for me and my wife to live and we found it to be excellent for travelling to work. We have since moved out and recently began renting the property out. It has always been let and there have always been more people looking to rent it! Due to other commitments we are looking to sell and travel abroad. In my opinion this is a great chance to get a spacious flat for a good price!
