This lovely two bedroom flat is located in a quiet, family area of Leyton. The flat is close to numerous local primary and secondary schools and is a two minute walk from the nearest park. A five minute walk from the flat takes you into the Lee Valley Park and Canal, where you can walk, cycle, ice skate, ride horses, play pitch and putt golf or visit the bird sanctuary.

A 2 minute walk will take you to a bus stop that serves Walthamstow Central to the north and Islington, Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus to the south. A 5 minute walk will take you to another bus stop, with buses serving Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line), St. James Street (National Rail line from Chingford to Liverpool Street) and Queens Road (London Overground). Buses can also be caught from this bus stop (in the other direction) towards Leyton (Central Line) and Stratford (Central Line and National Rail to Liverpool Street, Stanstead Airport, Ilford, Romford, Shenfield, Southend, Chelmsford, Colchester and beyond). As well as being accessible by bus, Leyton, Blackhorse Road and St. James Street stations are all within a 30 minute walk.
