Inside you?ll find period wood flooring, a bright and airy interior as well as a stunning, private roof terrace. Location is key with Whitechapel station nearby as well as Aldgate East underground, making travelling around town a breeze. It?s a noticeable building with a large Salvation Army plaque on the façade. Black and white mosaic tiling guides you into the well-maintained communal entrance. Head up to the first floor and you will find the flat?s entrance. Once inside, the entrance hall has laminate flooring and plenty of space to add storage. Step through a door to find an inner hall with shelving overhead, an entry phone system and plenty of storage in the form of cupboards. Overlooking the front of the property is the bedroom. More laminate flooring can be found underfoot and there is a lovely fireplace that has been stylishly modernised. Shelving can be found above this as well as an integrated wardrobe and front aspect windows. Head back through to the hall and enter a grand reception room. Two rear aspect windows work brilliantly with a set of double doors onto the roof terrace - illuminating the entire space and shedding light on to the solid wood floor.
