1 Beechcote Lodge is an attractive cottage style property built in the grounds of Ronville House during the 1980 s. It is a very individual property, nicely tucked away on the corner of The Hurst and Childe Road.

1 Beechcote Lodge is beautifully tucked away in a quiet street just a few yards from town centre and right on the cusp of delightful neighbouring countryside. From this location the resident can easily walk to the thriving centre of Cleobury Mortimer which has lots to offer including several local shops, a large Co Op store, cafes, and takeaways plus a variety of pubs and restaurants. There is also a doctor s surgery and well respected schooling. For those who love the outdoors Cleobury is a great place, surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside.

Numerous rights of way lead out from the town providing fantastic, picturesque walks along the River Rea and across fields to nearby beauty spots such as the Teme Valley and Clee Hills. The latter is an impressive range of hills between Cleobury and Ludlow, an area of outstanding nature beauty providing miles of heath land to enjoy and with fantastic views to Brecon, the Long Mynd and Malvern Hills.
