Our View

This fantastically spacious apartment is well located on the ground floor of the Mitton Lodge complex and boasts a grand living dining room with a feature fire place, carpets and fittings. There is a external door allowing private entry and a generous fitted kitchen offering a good range of units and utilities. The two double bedrooms are of similar proportions but one further benefits from fitted wardrobes. There is a good sized bathroom with vanity sink unit, a low level w.c. and shower over bath. In the good sized reception hall there is the key feature of a generous airing cupboard with slatted shelving and a further useful store cupboard. The Lodge has a communal lounge area and a communal garden area. In addition there is residents parking and a house manager on site.



Directions :-

Turning left onto Covercroft at the roundabout take the second exit onto Ombersley Way and at the next roundabout turn left continuing on Ombersley Way. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A4133 towards Ombersley. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Main Road and continue onto the A449. At the Mitre Oak roundabout take first exit onto Worcester Road and the end of the road turn left onto Mitton Street where the property is located after the right fork in the road. The lodge is situated on the left.
