No. 27 is situated on the ground floor with the benefit of level access from the main reception area though it should be noted that the apartment has the feel of a first floor property when looking out to the rear (it is actually the Lower Ground Floor which is situated at garden level).

The views to the rear are particularly pleasant looking down to an old footbridge crossing the Staffs/Worcs Canal where it is possible to watch the boats go by from time to time. There are also more distant views across countryside in the direction of Kinver.

Also accessible from the hallway (for the benefit of visitors), the bathroom is of good proportions with vanity unit incorporating wash hand basin and close coupled w.c, fitted mirror-panelled wall cabinets and light-mirror, plus bath in tiled surround with mixer shower above.

A service charge is payable, in the current year ?236 per calendar month (?2832 pa), which covers maintenance of the building and grounds plus heating and lighting of communal areas, water rates and buildings insurance.

The village of Cookley has an excellent range of amenities to include post office, doctors surgery, church, late night convenient store, pubs, village sports & social club plus primary school. The canal runs straight through the village to provide numerous picturesque walks in the beautiful countryside to be found between Kinver and Wolverley. "
