SITUATION The property is located in the popular Dorset Village of Bradford Abbas which is conveniently positioned within easy reach of both Sherborne and Yeovil. Amenities within the village include shop, pub, sports centre, village hall, church and Primary school. A wider range of facilities are available in both nearby towns, including a Waitrose supermarket.
 
Transport links are good, with the A30 running a short distance from the village and the A303 and A37 within easy reach.
