Lewesdon Court is a purpose built block of 12 self contained flats constructed in about 1971 of cavity walls, brick faced, beneath a tiled roof. The common parts are maintained to a high standard, with the internal accommodation of No. 12 being of spacious proportions and presented in very good condition throughout. The property is situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre and seafront, set back from Silver Street in communal gardens backing onto the Woodland Trust wood at Slopes Farm.
