SITUATION:  The property is situated at the end of Burton Road on the eastern outskirts of the market town of Bridport.  From the bungalow, there are some fine countryside views to the south to be enjoyed towards the sea and coast at West Bay.

The town centre is approximately 1 mile distant and offers a full range of shopping facilities and leisure pursuits.  The coastal village of West Bay is about 1 mile due south with its picturesque harbour, beaches, golf course and access to the Jurassic Coastline. 

Dorchester lies about 15 miles to the east where there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
