SITUATION:  No 77, Happy Island Way  is quietly located at the end of a small cul-de-sac road with no passing traffic and is within convenient walking distance of Bridport town centre.

In Bridport there is a good range of business and shopping facilities, together with a twice-weekly street market.  The immediate area is designated as being of outstanding natural beauty and the coastal resort of West Bay is approximately 1.5 miles due south and is situated along the Jurassic Coastline, a World Heritage site.

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 15 miles to the east and here there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
