SITUATION:  The property is situated in a long established residential district to the south-east of Bridport town centre.  The property enjoys a gently sloping site and from the rear there are some fine countryside views to be enjoyed.  The town centre is within easy walking distance and offers a full range of shopping facilities and leisure pursuits.  About 1.5 miles due south is the coastal village of West Bay situated along the Jurassic Coastline with its ancient harbour, beaches and golf course.  Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset lies about 15 miles to the east and here there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
