SITUATION:  No 23, Brit View Road, is situated almost at the end of the quiet and private cul-de-sac road on the western fringe of the coastal resort of West Bay which forms part of the Jurassic Coastline.  The property enjoys an elevated site and backs onto open fields at the rear with some fine countryside views.  The village provides a useful range of facilities including, shops, hotels and a picturesque harbour with good boating facilities and, on the East Cliff, there is an 18 hole golf course.  There are also some fine coastal walks and direct access to the South West Coastal Path.
