SITUATION:  22 Brit View Road is situated at the end of a quiet, private cul-de-sac road on the western fringe of the popular coastal village of West Bay which forms part of the Jurassic Coastline.  West Bay offers a good range of local facilities, including shops, hotels and a picturesque harbour which provides good boating facilities and, on East Cliff, an 18-hole golf course.

The market town of Bridport lies about 1.5 miles due north providing a comprehensive range of shops and professional offices.  The area is one of outstanding natural beauty and, along the coastal path, there are some delightful walks, many of which are through land which is the responsibility of the National Trust and now has World Heritage Status.  

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 16 miles to the east where there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
