" A well presented detached 3 bedroom bungalow situated in an attractive garden site in a popular residential area within easy walking distance of Bridport town centre affording views over the town and the surrounding countryside

SITUATION:  The property lies at the top end of Jessopp Avenue which is an established residential area with walks along the riverside and open countryside close by.  The property lies on a bus route into the centre of Bridport which lies approximately 1.5 miles distant.  There is a good range of shopping facilities, a twice-weekly street market and social amenities including an art centre, tennis and bowling clubs and a leisure centre with indoor swimming pool.

The immediate coastline has designated World Heritage status with West Bay about 1.5 miles due south with an attractive ancient fishing harbour, beaches, golf course and scenic cliff walks.  Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 15 miles to the east and here there is a mainline rail service to London, Waterloo.
