" A substantial detached 4 bedroom family home with scope for updating set in mature private tree-lined crescent in a favoured residential area with good sized gardens and close to the town centre.

SITUATION: The property is located in a small crescent in a popular residential area within easy walking distance of the centre of the market town of Bridport. The town offers a wide range of leisure pursuits both for retirement and for families with both primary and secondary schools within walking distance.The centre with its mainly individual and independent shops, twice-weekly street market, art centre, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, tennis and bowls clubs, modern library and medical centre, dentists and bus station with bus services along the coast and further afield. There is a popular U3 group and a wide variety of music, sports and recreational clubs and facilities.

The coastal village of West Bay with access to the Jurassic coastline lies just 2 miles to the south where there is a variety of water sports facilities, harbour, scenic coastal paths and 18-hole golf course on East Cliff. The area is renowned for its vintage, farmers, arts, markets and studios as well as excellent restaurants.

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, lies about 16 miles to the east where there is a main line rail service to London, Waterloo.
