We bought this house many years ago and it's quiet location has suited us well. After significant updating and extension we believe that we have a unique home that has almost everything you could need. The large deck and garden are ideal for entertaining and outside living, whilst internally it is spacious with modern facilities. Being on the outskirts of the town means that there are a number of rural walks on our doorstep. It is ideally situated to take advantage of the beach for swimming or kayaking, whilst a stroll, or bike ride into town along the South West Coast Path is no hardship! Proximity to the relief road allows easy access to explore the Jurassic Coast or sample the cultural events in Dorchester, Bournemouth or further afieldOur circumstances are changing and a move now beckons. We will be sad to leave but happy to know that a new owner will enjoy the benefits of living in such a beautiful location.
