Owner Comments
What is so special about 11a ? My opinion, it sits in probably the finest area in Weymouth and has the advantage of a Bowleaze Coveway address but in a hidden location that is not a magnet for visitors cars as they daily park to enjoy the magnificent scenery available from the acres of grassed area that overlooks Weymouth Bay. A small close of just 3 homes that are just yards from the Coveway grassed area and a short walk to the beach. Ideal. Regarding the property it wa superbly built to a high specification in the 1980's but has recently been significantly upgraded with all new windows, complete new heating system including radiators, boiler etc. etc. From the front the property looks deceptively small but has 4 double bedrooms and 2 good size bathrooms complemented by a very large utility room. The gardens are small but very private, quiet and secure. 11a would suit a wide variety of families from pensioners to young families. For visitors there is a double bedroom adjacent to a bathroom on the ground floor. The 4th bedroom accessed via the utility would suit someone wishing to work from home or alternatively a family teenager the "wants their own space". In summary lots of options for a house in a superb position.
