" This modern and extensive large detached house has a good size porch that leads to the front door. On entering the property you immediately enter a large open plan lounge area with beech wood flooring. The lounge has one wall with quadruple glass doors that provides an outstanding countryside aspect. There is a galley style kitchen with a central island that has a ceramic hob and cooker hood. The kitchen is modern and is fully fitted to include an integrated microwave, electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room off the kitchen that has a sink and drainer and plumbing for washing machine etc. There are two further rooms off the lounge currently used as a study and piano room and there is a downstairs cloakroom. There is also access directly to the large double garage. Off the lounge there is a complete self contained (if required)Annexe / Flat. This Annexe has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and sink with drainer as well as space for fridge, washing machine etc. There is a lounge with patio doors to the decking and gardens that again overlook the outstanding countryside. There is a double bedroom and en-suite shower facility. There is a spiral staircase to the second floor with four double bedrooms; the master having an en-suite shower and also a dressing room. There are patio doors on to the balcony with countryside views. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite facilties as well. The rear garden is on two levels and laid mainly to lawn with some borders. There is an orchard with apple, pear and plum trees. The house is secluded and is in a very private location.
