" Occupying an elevated position down a quiet unmade lane with views of Okeford Hill is this sizable semi detached house which has easy access to beautiful countryside walks and is within walking distance of this very popular village's facilities. On leaving Iwerne Minster take the first turning left just after Clayesmore School to Child Okeford. Stay on this road until Child Okeford and then turn right. Lower Common Road becomes Gold Hill.
