" A very much cherished semi detached family home situated in a popular part of the town and within easy walking distance of the centre, primary school and countryside walks. The property offers deceptively sized accommodation with an historic single storey rear extension which was re-roofed about five years ago and provides flexible room usage - from additional bedroom to reception room and has been subject to a first floor re-configuration. The property benefits from Upvc double glazed windows and has gas fired central heating via radiators. This delightful home has the potential to enhance, however, it provides comfortable accommodation as is and would lend itself as a first time family home or equally as a downsize without having to compromise too much. A viewing is an absolute necessity to truly appreciate the layout and room sizes on offer.

In brief, the ground floor rooms consist of welcoming entrance hall, dining area with arch to the sitting room and door to the study/bedroom three. There is also a good sized kitchen/breakfast room. On the first floor there is a cloakroom, bathroom and two double bedrooms, both boasting built in wardrobes and the main enjoying roof top views to countryside. The property was originally built as a three bedroom and there is the possibility to re-instate a further bedroom on the first floor. Outside, there is off road parking for two to three cars, single garage with light and power and decent sized front and rear gardens.
