" A truly delightful semi detached property boasting a warm and welcoming atmosphere set in a tranquil and elevated cul de sac enjoying fabulous views over the Blackmore Vale countryside and just a fifteen minute walk to the centre of Sturminster Newton. We believe that the property was built in the late 1940's/early 1950's of solid construction and offers traditional style family accommodation arranged over two floors and having a cottage feel to it. Our sellers have lived in the property for the last ten years during which time they have maintained it to a very high standard indeed and improved it by adding a conservatory which may be used all year round, created a combination utility and cloakroom and exposed the chimney breast to provide a lovely feature in the sitting room. The property also benefits from Upvc double glazing and gas fired central heating via radiators plus solar powered water heating. This lovely home must be viewed to truly appreciate the ambience this comfortable home has to offer.

In brief, the ground floor accommodation consists of useful porch, entrance hall, sitting room with view over the rear garden and boasting a fireplace with burner, dining room, all year round conservatory, study/workroom, kitchen, lobby and a combined utility and cloakroom. On the first floor there is the main bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which are of a double size. The property also enjoys wonderful views from the front and rear upper level windows. Outside there is off road parking, garage/workshop with inspection pit, front garden, covered area connecting the house to the garage and a most wonderful cottage style rear garden with various areas of interest and adjoining open fields.
