A little further on is the village hall and recreational grounds with the doctors' surgery and pharmacy close by. Over the last few years our sellers have devoted a great deal of time and energy in creating a chic and stylish contemporary home which would certainly tick a great many potential buyers' criteria. Amongst the work carried out was the installation of gas fired central heating from a combination boiler to radiators, some replacement double glazed windows and doors as well as replacing the existing porch. The property also boasts a recently refitted kitchen with some integrated appliances, new bathroom suites plus new carpeting and floor tiling, in addition to redecoration throughout. The outside of the property has too benefited from a transformation with an extension to the back of the garage, creation of a useful loft space above the garage and a general re-landscaping of the gardens.

In brief, the ground floor accommodation consists of functional porch, main reception hall, open plan sitting room and dining room with feature fireplace, kitchen with appliances and cloakroom. On the first floor there is a good sized galleried landing, family bathroom and three double sized bedrooms, two with built in wardrobes and master with the advantage of an en-suite shower room.
