" A rather lovely and roomy modern semi detached home located in a quiet cul de sac, close to the town centre and within a short walk of the Trailway. The property is approximately twenty five years old and has been maintained by the current sellers to an exceptional standard with Upvc double glazing throughout and gas fired central heating via radiators. In addition, the garage door has recently been replaced. The property is presented to the market in excellent decorative order and provides comfortable and surprisingly good sized accommodation which the external appearance belies. Internally, the entrance hall gives access to a large combined sitting and dining room which has sliding patio doors to the conservatory, which, in turn overlooks the rear garden. There is also the kitchen and cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, the contemporary and stylish bathroom has plenty of storage cupboards and a jacuzzi bath. In addition, there are three bedrooms, two of which are of a double size and both benefiting from built in wardrobes. Outside, there is an easy maintenance frontage, driveway parking for at least three cars, a larger than average single garage with door to the fully enclosed rear garden. This home does need to be viewed internally, to fully appreciate the size on offer and how it would lend itself to the next owners.
