This property is located in a proven location for HMO property investments, as we already have successful projects in Woodlands, Doncaster. The property is going to be taken back to brick after a full rip out, which will include re-wire and re-plumb so we can ensure everything is brand new to avoid potential problems further down the line. Once the property is empty and the walls and chimney brest is knocked down, we will convert this into a high end HMO which will have 5 en suite rooms for our tenants to enjoy. We create large rooms which by removing the lounge and adding a conservatory to act as their lounge area which will have a breakfast bar with sofaโ€˜s and a TV. By removing the lounge in the property, we can ensure the rooms are a nice size so we are fully complaint with the councils and ensure tenants are happy with their accomodation.

Once the refurbishment is done, we will then fully tenant the property with working professionals who are fully vetted. Redhouse Intercharge is an industrial estate in Woodlands where the tenants will typcially work, as there are large commercial companies operating from there such as B&Q, Asda, Next and DFS to name a few. There is also good street parking, aswell as parking on the property and also bus stops nearby the property for tenants to commute to work.
