Askern is a very popular location situated approximately 7 miles from Doncaster town centre with a variety of local amenities including shops, public houses, restaurants and bus routes into town. Proceeding into the dining room which had double glazed french doors to the rear of the property, laminate flooring and a radiator. From there you have access to the modern kitchen which has a double glazed window to the rear, laminate flooring, built in electric fan assisted oven, radiator and mixer tap and drainer. From the dining room through the double glazed french doors there is access to the enclosed rear garden which is part patio and lawn. Proceed back to the entrance hall and proceed up the stairs you then have access to the master bedroom where the master bedroom has a double glazed window to the front, radiator and built in wardrobes. Access to the ensuite which has matching sink, wc and shower, tiled flooring and part tiled walls with a radiator. Bedroom two with double glazed window to the rear and radiator. Bedroom three with double glazed window to the rear and radiator. Then proceed into the bathroom where you have a matching sink, wc and bath, radiator and tiled flooring. The garage has a roller door (not tested) and is detached. The first floor landing also has a double glazed window to the side of the property. When entering Askern on the A19 from Doncaster turn right at the traffic lights near the lake onto Station Road, proceed along Station Road for approximately 0.25 miles and take the seventh exit onto Kings Road. Proceed along Kings Road until you get to the Cross junction and turn left onto Eastfield Drive. Proceed along Eastfield Drive for approximately 0.25 miles and you will find No 35 on the left hand side identified by the Your Move for sale board.
