" VENDOR STATEMENT – We were looking for a project and a property we could turn into a home. So when we found 305 Brereton Avenue we were always going to be attracted to it. The property was in desperate need of modernisation and repair. So we could easily make our own stamp on the property. Completing this work gave the property a heart and a soul and we think you now get a lovely welcoming feel when you walk into our home.
There were numerous jobs needing doing including a FULL RE-WIRE and a new damp course. A new combination boiler was installed when we re-fitted the new kitchen and the new bathroom. Every room was stripped back and re-done and in 2011 a new roof and new guttering was fitted.
We are lucky to be close enough to the sea front for all the leisure facilities including bowling and the cinema and the leisure centre.
When we move we will miss the great location the property benefits from. Close to Cleethorpes and the seafront and also the great neighbours we have. This property will make a fantastic home for anyone who chooses to buy it.
