" VENDOR STATEMENT – We were first attracted to the property because of the great location of this modern looking property with a good sized garden.
We have modernized the interior of the property with all new decorations and new carpets throughout. The great location which is always sought after is close to Signhills School, the beach, boating lake, the country park, Haverstoe Park, the cinema, the gym, Cleethorpes Leisure centre, shops, local take-aways, the bowling alley, and the Wellow Pub!
