" This three bedroom detached house is set back from the main road on Alvingham and enjoys a cul de sac type area with just one other house. Extended to the rear with a sizeable conservatory this property is perfect for the growing family with ample rear gardens and large garden house which stays with the property. In sought after Signhills school catchment this is a perfect move up the ladder property. Benefiting from a newly fitted (December 2012) ivory high gloss kitchen this property is superbly presented and needs to be viewed.

Entrance hall
Entered through a uPVC half glazed front foor the entrance hall has sensible oak laminate flooring, radiator with decorative cover, neutral décor and has a pendant light fitting. There are stairs to the first floor and door to lounge.
