" A well presented and cared for three bedroom semi detached is offered for sale in a well respected Cul-de-sac close to Grimsby Town Centre. The property has undergone recent improvements with neutral decoration and fresh plastering haven been done in several rooms. The property boasts a modern kitchen with professionally laid tiled flooring with one of the properties main assets being the amount of off road parking available with space for four or more vehicles. Entrance hall - 5' 9'' x 15' 11 (1.76m x 4.86m)

The front garden is laid with a gravel finish and makes for low maintenance with hedge to one neighbour and shrubs to the other side.
