This extended semi detached house is now available for immediate viewing. The property would suit a variety of purchasers and is located in a popular rural village on the outskirts of Retford. The accommodation briefly comprises tot he ground floor living room, ground floor cloakroom/wc and a feature kitchen/diner which is open plan to the family room. North Leverton is a popular village on the outskirts of the market town of Retford. The village boasts a range of amenities to include a public house, doctors, schooling and local shop. Early viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the quality of the property on offer. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with a storage cupboard and stairs leading to the first floor.
