The property is located on the north western fringe of Brigg which has been a thriving market town for centuries. Steeped in tradition Brigg has a street market on Thursdays and Saturdays and a farmers market once a month and also boasts a wealth of general shopping facilities alongside ‘boutique’ style shops that are situated in the heart of the pedestrianised shopping area. There are a number of public houses and other facilities such as doctors and dentist surgery along with good Primary and Secondary Schools. There is easy access to the M180 motorway which is just over 4 miles away and Humberside Airport is approximately 7 miles away and can usually be reached within a 15-20 minute drive.
