" Drive down Elm Avenue and at the bottom you will find this 3 Bed Terraced property with Off Road Parking and access via an alley to the rear of the house. As you enter the Hallway to your right is the lounge, with a large bay window that draws in the light, a spacious room to fit your furniture. Recently re-decorated with laminate flooring fitted.

Through into the Kitchen/Diner.... To your right are the recently fitted units with an Electric Cooker and Extractor fan. A good-sized area for the cook of the house. To your left is the dining area where a table comfortably seats 4. Through the door into the garden, which does need attention, but is good size for the family.

From the hallway up the stairs and to your right are the 3 Bedrooms; Two are doubles and one is a single. All good sizes, with room for storage. The bedrooms do need a lick of paint and freshening up. The bathroom is a white suite and of an average size. You may want to replace the suite and re-floor this room.
