We are pleased to present this charming one-bedroomed 400 sq feet apartment in the lovely Yorkshire market town of Bedale. Located within an impressive grade II listed stone building, it is situated on the ground floor at the rear the building and is private & not overlooked. Both the main living room and bedroom are light and airy and have a nice view onto the well maintained lawned garden.

Independent surveyors appraisal: this apartment is by far the best of the 1-bed apartments in Mowbray Grange. It has the largest floor area, 4 large windows, ground floor private door entrance, views over the garden, and excellent privacy.

Notably, the apartment has its own front door (ie it is not accessed through the communal front door) so if you want to go and sit in the garden on a nice day then you are just a few steps away. 

It has been modernised to a high standard with stylish contemporary decor and it is situated in a quiet area of Bedale, just a few minutes walk to the attractive Market Place. Bedale itself is an historic North Yorkshire town at the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and is just one mile from junction 51 of the A1(M) motorway.
