" Approaching the property you will be greeted by an open drive way, spacious enough for two cars in front of the integrated garage. Once inside the expansive hall allows access to the lounge, dining room and kitchen as well as stairs to the first floor. From the dining room you're invited through the French doors to the sun room and out onto the patio. From there, through a gated access you can enjoy the enclosed rear garden. To the first floor the long hallway takes you to the family bathroom, all four bedrooms and a storage cupboard. All bedrooms feature fitted or built in storage, the master bedroom however also boasts an en suite.

Entrance Hall 13'3" x 6'8" (4.04m x 2.03m). You're welcomed into the entrance hall from the front door, here you're greeted with a solid oak floor running throughout the majority of the ground floor, in addition there is a storage cupboard and doors to the lounge, dining room and Kitchen as well as the down stairs WC.
