The Area

Startforth Park is on the fringe of the ever popular town of Barnard Castle situated but a mile from the town centre via a pleasant walk back over the Tees either over the county Bridge or via the Green Bridge. Barnard Castle provides a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities and is often referred to as the ?Gateway to Teesdale? with many renowned beauty spots close at hand.

For the commuter the A66, A67 and A1 (M) provide links with the major commercial centres of the North East. Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.

The Property

Proceed uphill turning right into Startforth Park and follow the sweep of the road around to the left where the property is situated on the lift hand side and is identified by a George F White ?For Sale? board.
