Barnard Castle
Victoria Road is a popular location, ideally placed for the town centre, being within level walking distance. Barnard Castle provides a range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities and is often referred to as the gateway to Teesdale with many of the renowned beauty spots being close at hand. Beyond can be found the delights of North Yorkshire, Weardale, the Lake District and Northumberland. For the commuter the A66 and A67 provide links with the major commercial centres of the North East. Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.

A wide opening leads through to a splendid sun lounge extension, creating an excellent family environment, again with laminate flooring and double opening french doors leading out to the garden. There is also a useful utility room with quarry tiled flooring, space for appliances, Belfast sink and doorway leading out to the rear. To the first floor are three bedrooms, two of which have original fireplaces and one which is currently used as a study. There is also a family bathroom/WC with white suite and over bath shower. On the second floor is an excellent guest bedroom with exposed perlins and Velux roof lights, eaves storage cupboards and a shower room/WC.
