The Area

Fairfield Road runs parallel to Montalbo Road but half a mile from the centre of this historic market town. The property is situated in a cul-de-sac section of the road creating a highly desirable location.

Barnard Castle supports a range of amenities and is often referred to as ?The Gateway to Teesdale? with many renowned beauty spots close at hand.

For the commuter the A66, A67 and A1 (M) provide links with the major commercial centres of the north east. Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.
