The property has lovely views to the rear with open aspect over farmland. The well maintained accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall, Cloaks/wc., Living Room, Garden Room, Dining Room, well fitted dining kitchen, utility room, four double bedrooms, en suite to master, family bathroom/wc. Externally there are gardens to the rear with great views and parking to the front.

The property is situated in the rural village of Newsham which provides easy access to the A66 and A1 (M) and the surrounding area.
The nearby historic market towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle offer a wide variety of amenities including national and local retailers and state and private educational opportunities.

Richmond is rich in Georgian architecture and also boasts a number of historical sites including the Castle with its Norman origins and a renowned Georgian Theatre. A single door from the hallway leads to the dining room with an arch window to the front and coving to the ceiling.
