Built in 2014, the bungalow is accessed via West View, behind Church Street, and has double glazing and a combi. boiler, with accommodation comprising: entrance hall, W.C., large living room with double doors to decked balcony, contemporary fitted kitchen / dining room with island unit, utility room, four bedrooms, master with en suite shower room, and a bathroom. There is a large block-paved driveway and a double garage with remote-controlled electric doors and gardens to three sides, with views over the countryside to the west. The property is available with no onward chain and has a septic tank for drainage. There is also a pedestrian right of way for the neighbouring property below (Beech Cottage) through part of the garden. The bungalow is located off West View, just off Chuch Street in Castleside, to the south of the crossroads with the A68 in the centre of the village. There are limited facilities in Castleside and some local shops in nearby Moorside, with wider range of amenities in Consett town centre approximately 2.5 miles away.
