" An excellent family home, ready to move into and with one owner since new, the property offers spacious accommodation throughout. With underfloor heating to a number of ground floor rooms, the property has beautiful porcelain tiled flooring on entry to the hall, and on to the ground floor WC, the kitchen, utility and garden room.

Access to the property is via a gate in a fenced garden, leading to an external porch and into the hallway.

With ground floor WC off the hallway, there is access to the lounge from the hallway too, the lounge providing a gas fire and double doors to the dining room which in turn has French doors to the rear garden.

There is a spacious garden room to the rear overlooking the rear garden.
