South Normanton is a village situated with access onto the A38 and the M1 motorway via junction 28. There is also a variety of shops, public houses and restaurants in the area. There are local primary and secondary schools. Bus services are available to nearby towns including Alfreton where there is also a train station.

An extended detached home which has been updated by the current owners to a high standard.
