DESCRIPTION
Bagshaws Residential is very pleased to present the charming and characterful TWO bedroom detached cottage in a quiet corner of Birchover. With a couple of local pubs, local bus service and access to walks and cycle trails into countryside.

The property is sat down a small country lane with views over fields. The parking space is at the back of the property which is tucked away making it feel private from visitors to the village. There are two entrances to the property however the main door leads from the beautifully maintained gardens into the kitchen. The kitchen has a traditional feel with red tiled floor and wooden fitted units. The feature in the kitchen is the iron spiral stair case that leads to the first floor of the property. From the kitchen you have your living room, with stone features and log burning stove and includes new carpets. This then leads to a bright and roomy conservatory overlooking the garden. Back into the kitchen and up the spiral stair case there are two double bedrooms. The master has a curved wooden panel feature wall and also has the second door from the path that leads down the side of the property from the car parking space. This is covered with a heavy curtain if not wanting to use. The second bedroom is also a double, with window and sky light overlooking the garden. Both bedrooms also have benefitted from new carpets. The bathroom has a P shaped bath with shower over and was modernised over the last couple of years.

There are some pieces of furniture that can be included with the let including kitchen table and chairs, living room sofas, corner sofa in the conservatory and king size sleigh bed in the master bedroom.
