This is a THREE bedroom apartment/town house over 2 floors. There are large spacious rooms, oversized doors and italian limestone floors throughout the ground floor and the main rooms have high coved ceilings.The property has fully serviced gas central heating with victorian style radiators in the living room and hallway

Bretby Hall is best approached via the A511 (Burton-on Trent/Ashby-de-la-Zouch) and can be found approx 4 miles east of Burton/8 miles west of Ashby.

The access road to the Hall is flanked by two brick walls and is diagonally opposite the car park of The Chesterfield Arms pub. Proceed down the lane for approx. 1 mile, this will bring you to the West Wing of the Hall.
Follow the road around the building to the opposite side (to the East Wing). The ivy covered front door to Apartment 8 can be found about half way on the right side. The allocated parking is directly in front of Apt.8
