The accommodation briefly comprises reception hallway, formal lounge, separate dining room, fitted contemporary kitchen, utility room and cloakroom/WC to the ground floor whilst to the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom/WC. The property benefits from some double glazing and gas central heating. Externally there are front and rear gardens as well as a driveway and detached garage. EPC rating is grade E.

Burton-On-Trent has a variety of facilities and amenities to include shops, schools, public houses and restaurants. There are bus routes available to the surrounding areas and road links include access onto the A38. There is also further access to East Midlands Airport and the A50 linking to the M1 motorway.
