To the first floor, the master bedroom is located to the front of the property and is a double, as is bedroom two which overlooks the rear garden. Bedroom three is a single room to the front and has a built in bed frame with storage underneath and wardrobe over the stairwell. To the rear is the re-fitted bathroom completing the accommodation, with a white three piece bathroom suite, electric shower and tiled wall.

To the front is a paved driveway with brick boundary walls either side. The rear garden, has a paved patio, lawn area and established borders.
