Bedroom two is a double situated to the rear of the house, as is bedroom three overlooking the rear garden. Bedroom four, is a single situated to the front of the property and has a built in storage cupboard over the stairwell. From our Swadlinocte office turn left into Civic Way, at the roundabout take the 1st left into Hearthcote Road, go past the leisure centre and continue along Heathcote Road, proceeding straight on at the first two mini islands. At the end of Hearthcote road, take the first exit at the island, and immediately left onto Wye Dale. Take the first turning onto Westacre Drive, and then take a turn on the right hand side where the property is situated on the left hand side at the head of the cul-de-sac easily identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale board.
