DESCRIPTION- GROUND FLOOR

From our Swadlincote office turn left into Civic Way, taking the first exit at the Sainsburys island on to Hearthcote Road. Continue all the way along Hearthcote road, past The Catchems public house to the new traffic island at Swadlincote Lane, taking the second exit onto Swadlincote Lane. Follow the road to the next island continuing straight ahead at the next two islands, at the next island take the third exit turning on to Greenwich Avenue, continue down and turn right and the property is situated again to the right, Where the property can be found in the corner at the end of the shared drive.
