Overview

Bedroom three is a single with a built in cupboard, located to the front of the house. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a bath with shower, wash basin and WC.

To the front there's a slate chipped fore garden. To the side, a gate provides access to the walled rear garden with patio and lawn. To the rear of the rear of the garden there are two allocated parking spaces.

From our Swadlincote office turn left into Civic Way, taking the first exit at the Sainsburys island on to Hearthcote Road. Continue all the way along Hearthcote road, past The Catchems public house to the new traffic island at Swadlincote Lane, taking the second exit onto Swadlincote Lane. Follow the road to the next two islands, taking the third exit off the second island onto Westminster Drive. At the end of Westminster turn right onto Hope Way where the property can be found on the left hand side easily identified by our Newton Fallowell for sale board.
