DESCRIPTION - GROUND FLOOR
A traditional style mid terrace house, this property has UPVC double glazing and gas central heating throughout. Entry is via a side door that opens to a hall, with stairs off to the first floor. The kitchen has a door to the side entry and a door to a rear hall, where there's a further door to the rear of the property and a door to the bathroom. This has a bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

DESCRIPTION - FIRST FLOOR
To the first floor, the master bedroom is situated to the rear of the property and has an airing cupboard along with an over stairs cupboard. Bedrooms two and three are both doubles situated to the front.

OUTSIDE
The property has a small fore garden with a shared entry to the side with doors to the property. To the rear there's a paved patio and steps down to a gravelled garden.

DIRECTIONS
From our Swadlicote office, turn left into Civic Way, taking the first exit at the island. Continue up the hill, turning left into West Street, which becomes Alexandra Road. Proceed up the hill, and take the first left onto Weston Street where the property is situated on the left hand side, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell To Let board.
